Scott Bolick

Scott Bolick is CEO for Fairwater Labs. He is an experienced business leader, who has held senior strategy, product management, and operational roles in the high-tech software and services industry. He also serves as Chairman for several investments by Presidio Investors.

Scott's career began as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army, graduating Ranger School and deploying to Egypt with the Multinational Force and Observers mission to oversee adherence to the Camp David Peace Accords. After military service he advised global clients on digital transformation and growth while at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) and McKinsey & Company. He then moved into product strategy and management, holding senior roles at Enterasys Networks, SAP, GE Power, and industrial-AI firm Uptake, where he was Chief Operating Officer. Throughout these positions he led cloud, AI/ML, and sustainability initiatives, managed multi-billion-dollar portfolios, and guided products from concept through launch using agile and design-thinking methods.

Outside of his professional life, Scott and his wife co-founded Will’s Way Foundation, inspired by their son and dedicated to improving family-centered care for premature infants—recognition that earned them the Woodmark Children’s Forum Outstanding Philanthropists award in 2015. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he graduated as a distinguished cadet, and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, where he served as class co-president.
