Halite Medical
AI platform integrating critical patient data and delivering continuous insights through the Golden Hour and beyond.
About
Halite Medical is a dual-use AI-focused medical company delivering real-time, interoperable clinical decision support from the point of injury through definitive care. The company was founded by a multidisciplinary team with deep experience in combat operations, emergency and critical care medicine, and medical device innovation. Among the founding team are a former U.S. Marine Corps Special Operations officer and an emergency and critical care physician who served on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic—both of whom bring firsthand insight into the limitations of today’s trauma systems. Combined with leadership in product development, the team built Halite to close the critical gaps between field response and hospital care.
Halite’s platform uses AI-powered predictive analytics to transform disconnected streams of patient data into real-time clinical insight—empowering providers to act earlier, coordinate care more effectively, and improve outcomes in both military and civilian trauma settings. Designed for interoperability and extreme usability, Halite supports continuous decision-making across the full care continuum. The company’s mission is to equip clinicians with intelligent tools that extend their capabilities under pressure, and its vision is to ensure trauma medicine advances as rapidly as the technologies transforming defense, logistics, and global response.

From the founder
"Our partnership with Fairwater Labs has been a catalyst for Halite Medical. Their team brought not just tools and structure, but strategic insight that comes from deep experience in defense and dual-use ventures. It’s still early, but we’ve already seen the impact with key wins in the defense marketplace."
