Meet the team
Jamison Pereira
Founder/CEO
Jamison Pereira is the co-founder and CEO of Endstate, an AI planning and decision-making co-pilot transforming military and corporate operations. Previously, he founded Eddi, a D2C brand acquired in 2022. Jamison served for seven years as a U.S. Army Infantry Officer with two combat deployments to Afghanistan and is a graduate of Army Ranger School. He later worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company and holds an MBA from Wharton.
Josh Meek
Founder/CTO
Josh Meek is a software engineer with experience building complex, mission-critical systems across government, aerospace, and tech. He’s led engineering efforts on AI and data infrastructure projects for NASA, designed workflow orchestration systems at scale, and developed tools for geopolitical analysis. His work spans startups and research environments, with a focus on applying emerging technologies to real-world problems. Josh holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
